• Do you offer custom solutions

  We allow our customer to request minor customization to the product via the special note. For any major customization, please contact our customer service team.

• Do you sell your products offline

  No, we only sell our products on visioncabinethardware.com. We don't offer our products on any other platforms e.g. Amazon, Alibaba etc. We even don't stock our products on any other third party showrooms.

• What materials are your products made from?

  Our hardware is crafted from solid premium brass, ensuring durability, strength, and a luxurious finish that lasts.

• Do you provide installation kits with the products

  Yes, we provide all necessary installation accessories such as screws, washers, and nuts, as required for each specific product.

• Can I choose a custom finish for my hardware?

  Yes! Along with our standard finishes like Matte Black, Antique Brass, and Brushed Gold, we also offer custom finishes based on your requirements.

• How do I know which size handle or knob to order?

  Each product page includes detailed size specifications and guidelines to help you choose the right fit for your cabinets, drawers, or doors.

• Do you ship across India?

  Yes, we deliver pan-India with secure packaging to ensure your hardware arrives safely.

• How long will my order take to arrive?

  Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within approximately 2 weeks, depending on your location.

• How should I care for and clean the hardware?

  Clean your hardware with warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive towels, sponges, cleaning sprays, bleach, hand sanitizers, or any other abrasive materials, as they may damage the finish.

• Can I order in bulk for a project?

  Yes, bulk orders are welcome. Please reach out to our customer service team for special pricing and assistance with project-based requirements.

• Return Policy

  Eligibility for Exchange

  • You may request an exchange within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
  • Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
    • The product was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
    • The product has missing parts or accessories.
    • The product differs from what was originally ordered.

  Conditions for Exchange

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
  • If the outer packaging is missing, you must ensure secure packaging to avoid transit damage. Any damage due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Products marked as “non-exchangeable” on the product page will not qualify.
  • Exchanges are not accepted in cases of buyer’s remorse (such as choosing the wrong size, finish, or design).

  Process

  • For items damaged during delivery, we provide a free replacement if reported within 10 calendar days of delivery, along with supporting images.
  • Requests outside this window, or damages caused by customer handling, will not qualify.

  Refunds & Payment Policy

  • We do not provide returns or refunds; only exchanges are available.
  • As we do not support Cash on Delivery (COD), all orders must be prepaid through the available online payment methods.

  Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if requested before dispatch.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
